Abductees Mothers Association calls to urgently save sick abductees.

Abductees’ Mothers Association made an urgent call to save 127 sick abductees held by Houthi armed group and the government.

In its rally this morning by the office of UN Special Envoy for Yemen in Sana’a, the association held the negotiating committees, from both parties, fully responsible for the lives and safety of sick abductees and arbitrarily detained persons, and demanded their immediate release.

In their statement, mothers said that as Yemeni parties meet to negotiate in Jordan, hundreds of civilians had been detained for more than six years, including dozens of sick ones.

The statement appealed to the world conscience to save sick abductees and detainees, and take the necessary actions to end the suffering of hundreds of abductees and arbitrarily arrested and forcibly disappeared persons, for mother had inhumanely been worn out for six years, longing for their detained sons.
