The Abductees’ Mothers Association held a participatory meeting last Monday, to strengthen its ongoing efforts in promoting human rights, supporting peace initiatives, and advocating for abductees and their families.
The event brought together representatives from local authorities, international organizations, and civil society groups. Participants reviewed the association’s key activities, its leadership in advocating for abductees, and its efforts to highlight the suffering of their families and defend their rights.
This meeting is part of a broader series of initiatives aimed at enhancing collaboration among all stakeholders, reinforcing community partnership, and promoting a just and lasting peace.
In its remarks, the association stressed the need to unite efforts and intensify joint action to secure the release of all abductees, end their suffering, and ensure their families receive their basic rights.
