Abductees’ Mothers Association Holds TOT Workshop on Protection Mechanisms and Human Rights

Aisha Al-Odaini, Director of the “Protecting Civil and Women’s Spaces and Promoting Eomen’s Role in Peace Process” project, launched a Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop focused on protection mechanisms, human rights, gender-sensitive approaches, conflict transformation skills, monitoring and documentation, and conflict sensitivity.

The workshop is organized by the Abductees’ Mothers Association (AMA), with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), through the United Nations Peace Support Facility (PSF) Small Grants Mechanism.

The training, which spans 12 days in Taiz, targets 16 participants from various government agencies and civil society organizations. It aims to equip participants with essential skills in human rights protection, conflict sensitivity, and effective monitoring and documentation to uncover human rights violations in Yemen.
