The Abductees’ Mothers Association continues to enhance the performance of government institutions and human rights organizations in Taiz through technical support. This initiative is part of the Protecting Civic and Women’s Spaces and Promoting Women’s Role in Peace Processe project, funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) through the UN Peace Support Facility (PSF).
As part of these efforts, the association provided technical equipment to the Cybercrime Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department within Taiz Police. The equipment was handed over to Brigadier General Sadiq Al-Hassami, Director of the Criminal Investigation Department.
Brigadier General Al-Hassami welcomed the initiative, emphasizing its importance in strengthening the department’s monitoring, documentation, and data protection capabilities.
