We, at Abductees’ Mothers Association in Ibb, demand to uncover the fate of our sons who have been forcibly disappeared for five years. There are 198 whose fate and health conditions are unknown until this day.
In our rally, we, as abductees’ mothers, call upon government officials and human rights organizations to pay the necessary attention to our sons’ issue. Mothers of abductees and forcibly disappeared persons will keep on demanding their sons’ rights until they are unconditionally free.
We hold Houthi armed group responsible for the lives and safety of our abducted and forcibly disappeared sons as abduction, forced disappearance, and torture are not time barred crimes.
